Calculating and communicating the value of local investment

We created total economic value communication strategy for a mining client to show overall contribution to the local community, helping to secure our client’s license to operate.  Investing in the local community was a part of the company’s operating model, but ensuring their license to operate required communicating the benefits to stakeholders.  We identified key stakeholders and developed the communications tools to keep them informed.  This immediately improved the relationship with the host government and helped to ensure our client’s continued access to resources.
